About Zara:

Zara Watt, BSc(Hons) DipION mBANT mCNHC, is a Perimenopause and Menopause Nutritionist and Health Coach. She educates, supports and empowers women to achieve freedom from their symptoms, and feel more confident through midlife and beyond so they can get on with living and loving their lives.

Qualifications

Zara studied nutritional therapy at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She established Zara Watt Nutrition at the beginning of 2017 and has also worked for over 4 years as part of the nutrition team at Happy Hormones for Life, giving her a huge amount of experience in working with hundreds of women.
